After convincing dad to have a scooter, Tiff from the Goole branch was amazing dad had been in a couple of times before and she was very helpful, so when I came down to the day we purchased the scooter we must of been with her over a couple of hours, she put scooters in and out of the car to make sure dad was happy, her patients was amazing she never made us feel like anything was a problem. Once we got the scooter home there was a problem with the horn and it didn't set off instantly I called up and within a couple of hours Roy was with him telling him he wasn't happy with the way it was performing so by the next morning a new one was delivered. Customer service was outstanding.
This company are helpful thoughtful and we would highly recommend them.

After being let down many times by a high street chain I contacted about a Rise and Recline chair. They were extremely helpful and the chair was ordered and delivered within a few days. They even set it all up and took the rubbish away. Highly recommended

Went to East Riding Mobility last Friday after messaging Rachel for about 2 weeks she was so friendly not pushy at all and new everything about the power chair that I was after. It was delivered the following Tuesday. The service was excellent I would definitely be using them again. Highly recommend them.
